PMI China Project Management Congress 2026 · Built for Value

Terms of Use

These terms govern registration, payment and check-in on the PMI China Project Management Congress 2026 registration website (the "Site"). By submitting your registration you accept them.

1. Scope

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator regarding registration and attendance services. The programme, speakers, venue and pricing shown on the Site form part of the service; where a page states otherwise, that statement prevails.

2. Registration and accuracy

You must register with your own accurate details and keep your mobile number and email reachable. If incorrect details prevent us from issuing your entry code, checking you in or contacting you, the consequences rest with the registrant. Certification discounts and invitation eligibility are subject to system verification.

3. Invitation codes and discounts

4. Orders and payment

Registration is complete only when an order is created and paid in the mini program. Prices, discounts and status shown on the Site are governed by the order record. Do not pay twice; if you are charged twice, contact us through the mini program order page or by email for verification and refund.

5. Check-in and entry

Entry codes are personal, one per attendee, and invalid if reused or transferred. You may be asked to show your registration details on site. Failure to check in is treated as forgoing the day's benefits without refund, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Refund requests are submitted through the mini program order page; eligibility and any deduction follow the terms shown at the time of request. Third-party costs already incurred (such as processing fees) may not be refunded. Refunds return via the original payment method, with timing set by the payment channel.

7. Programme changes

The programme, speakers, venue and on-site arrangements may change due to force majeure or organisational needs; the organiser's final notice prevails. Changes do not affect the validity of completed registrations.

8. Prohibited conduct

We may cancel orders, refuse entry and pursue remedies where such conduct occurs.

9. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, marks, media and page designs on the Site belong to the operator or relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for delays or interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, payment channels or third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they are submitted to the competent people's court where the operator is located.
